What is the GATE Exam?

GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is the National level entrance exam conduction for admission to M.Tech., Ph.D., etc. in the National institutes like IISc, IITs, IISERs, NISER, NITs, various central and state universities. GATE exam is conducted by IISc (Indian Institute of Sciences) and IITs (Indian Institute of Technologies) every year. GATE exam is organized by Human Resource Development Group (HRDG).
