What is the difference between CBSE UGC-NET and CSIR UGC-NET Exam?

Both CBSE UGC-NET and CSIR UGC-NET are National level entrance exams. They are similar, but the main differences between them are in the subjects and the body conducting the exams. CSIR UGC-NET is conducted by CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research) which comes under Human Resource Development Government of India (HRDG). And, CBSE UGC-NET is conducted by UGC (University Grant Commission) and CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education).
